Mommy-Butt Monday Week 3

Weight gain/loss: -1.2
Skinny Jean status: Negative

This week I drank TONS of water and worked out for at least 20 minutes for 4 days. Even though I only lost 1 pound, I’m feeling pretty good about this. CAUSE, my regular jeans are about one little tiny inch from fitting (tightly, but still…). Yay, for that!

I hope I can lose 2-3 pounds this week. I have a personal goal to meet by Valentine’s day!!
