Like how I started my Mommy-Butt Monday post back to week one? I just thought since it was a New Year, it was a fresh start…or…I’m cheating. Either way, I started over for shits and giggles.
Weight gain/loss: 0
Skinny Jean status: Negative
Ok, so I’m not upset that I didn’t “lose” weight cause technically I did. I’m just not counting it, cause it’s the 3 pounds I had gained back at Christmas, so it’s kind of a wash, know what I mean? I also took out the Fat Jean status, cause really it depresses me to fit in those and I just plain don’t like them (the fit, etc) so why am I even counting it? In the end all that matters to me is that I’m back in the skinny jeans I love. Not some old mommy jeans that I don’t wear out in public regardless. So, yeah I took that out.
Exercise was a bust last week. I was too exhausted with starting back at my job, the car problems, a sick baby….excuses I know. BUT, I did eat very well. I made us nutritious dinners, I brought my lunch to work. So, I’m not upset with that fact. It was a very difficult transition for me, and I was taking baby steps.
This week, I’ll be drinking more water and adding in exercise. So far so good as of yesterday. Let’s hope I can make my goal for this month!!
