This Friday is a big testing day for the course I teach. My students are taking their certification tests through the state to be able to work in a preschool and I’m, well, stressed.
In the midst of teachers getting laid off and involuntarily transferred for such things as numbers, I feel a little more than terrified that I may be sealing my fate with the results of those tests tomorrow.
My sleep pattern went something like this last night:
- Laid in bed but couldn’t fall asleep until after 1 am.
- Woke up briefly at 2:30 am
- Woke up again at 3:30 am
- Again at 4:30 am
- And again at 5:30 am to take my shower and get to work.
So, I’m tired, I’m cranky, and I haven’t felt like blogging! Sorry! I really am, cause it’s not like I don’t have anything to say these days. I have plenty, but I just can’t bring myself to get on a computer and do it until I get these tests done with!!
In other news, I think I finally finished my registries at BRU and Target. I’ve only tweaked them about 1 hundred times each. But, my point here is that I have taken every suggestion very seriously and I wanted to thank everyone for their great advice! If you have any other suggestions, I am more than happy to take it. Being the weirdo that I am, there is still plenty of time for me to tweak until the baby shower.
Also, I haven’t forgotten about those ultrasound pics I promised from the anatomy scan. I need to post those and my 22 week belly pics- probably sometime this weekend AFTER these stupid DCF exams tomorrow…
