I hit a weak point this week. After successfully cutting out refined carbs for the past two weeks I have given in to birthday cake, left-over foot-ball shaped cake from the super bowl get together, 4 dill pickle pringles, a truffle, a fruit roll-up, and scooby fruit snacks. How’s that for falling off the wagon…
Well when you fall off you do it right. If you’re going to feel guilty you should have done it right. lol!Good luck hopping back on the no/low carbs diet.
